Our Services
TNT Fly Tickets acts as an intermediary travel agent between customers and airlines, consolidators, and other travel suppliers. We provide:
- Flight search and booking assistance via phone and online
- Domestic and international flight bookings
- Business class and premium cabin bookings
- Group travel arrangements
- Last-minute and discounted fare sourcing
- Vacation and honeymoon package coordination
We act as agents only. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any airline or third-party supplier.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the relevant airline or supplier. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation and/or e-ticket from us.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
- We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers
- A service fee may apply to certain bookings — this will be disclosed before payment
- It is your responsibility to ensure passenger names match official travel documents exactly
- Name corrections after ticketing may incur additional fees
⚠️ Airline tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the passport or travel document exactly.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline, fare type, and route. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Many promotional and discounted fares are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@tntflytickets.com
- Refunds are subject to the airline's terms and may take 8–12 weeks to process
- Our service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
- We will process eligible refunds back to the original payment method only
- Flight cancellations initiated by the airline are subject to that airline's own refund or rebooking policy

Pricing & Fares
Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change at any time until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. Prices displayed on our website are indicative only.
- Fares are not guaranteed until full payment is received and a ticket is issued
- Taxes, fees, and surcharges are included in the final price quoted
- Currency fluctuations may affect prices for international transactions
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — you will be notified and given the option to cancel

Limitation of Liability
TNT Fly Tickets acts solely as an agent and shall not be held liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines
- Loss, damage, or theft of baggage
- Denied boarding or immigration issues
- Any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage during travel
- Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or pandemics
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking and travel investment.

User Conduct
When using our website or communicating with our agents, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to make bookings using invalid or stolen payment methods
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff
- Attempt to circumvent or disrupt our website systems
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
